Bryan Newland is a Principal at the law firm of Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville, PC in Washington, D.C. Bryan most recently served as the Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs under President Joe Biden, and as President of the Bay Mills Indian Community. He is a former tribal court judge, adjunct law professor, and higher education board member. He is married to Erica Newland, and they have two adult children together.
