Rory Gilbert
Rory Gilbert, M.Ed., SPHR, SHRM-SCP provides consultation, facilitation and training in diversity, equity and inclusion, communication, leadership and workplace effectiveness training locally and nationally. She is a certified professional coach and mediator trained in interest-based problem resolution.
Her consulting work specializes in supporting organizations that recognize the need to enhance their diversity and create more equitable and inclusive cultures in fields such as the legal and healthcare professions, higher education and the construction industry.
For ten years, Rory worked with the Maricopa Community Colleges where she provided strategic direction to Maricopa’s diversity, inclusiveness and engagement efforts. Rory developed the MOSAIC (Maximizing Our Strengths as an Inclusive Community) curriculum for Maricopa and worked with Maricopa’s Talent Management initiative as lead curriculum designer, facilitator and coach for the Leadership Advancement Program. She also provided facilitation and mediation services to faculty, administrators and employees.
Rory also served as executive director of the Arizona Region of The National Conference for Community and Justice. She collaborated with other social justice advocates in Arizona to address racism, hate crimes, white supremacy and health care disparities through public speaking, community dialogues, training, and media communications.
Rory received her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Antioch College, and her Masters from the University of Arizona in Counseling and Guidance.
