Rachel Saimons focuses her practice on litigation, including Native American Affairs and Labor & Employment-related matters. Rachel has represented tribes and tribal entities in all stages of litigation before state, federal, and tribal courts in a variety of matters, including water issues, sovereign immunity, personal injury, employment and contractual disputes, defense of tribes and tribal officials against allegations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), and disputes with municipalities and the federal government. She also advises tribes on treaty-rights issues and compliance with state and local laws. Rachel has been recognized as a "Rising Star" since 2019 for Native American Law by Super Lawyers magazine. She was recognized in 2021 as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" for Labor and Employment Litigation and again in 2026 as well as the four years immediately preceding for Management Labor and Employment Law, Labor and Employment Litigation, and Native American Law by The Best Lawyers in America®.
