Jenny Patten Magallanes

Jenny Patten Magallanes is counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Los Angeles, where she advises American Indian tribes, tribal governments, and companies on legal, regulatory, and policy matters. A member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe and Native Hawaiian, Jenny's practice focuses on federal regulatory compliance, land use, public records, and economic development, including issues at the intersection of tribal, federal, and state law. She also represents tribal clients in litigation proceedings across federal and tribal courts.
