Attorney Practice Standards when Representing Tribes in ICWA Cases

The second session will be a review of and hands-on exercise with the Performance Standards for attorneys representing Tribes in child welfare cases. This will start with a presentation of the Standards and then an interactive exercise to see the Performance Standards in action. This session will involve a few practitioners including April Olsen, Shundeen Martinez and Kimberly Cluff.
